Ui0. 03 Feb 2010CHOY, 03 Feb 2010 i tried using the buttons but it doesnt work:(.how u factory hard reset?If u can turn the phone on go into,settings/memory settings/clear memory, then clear memory, that will restore to factory default and erase storage but not memory card.If u cant turn phone on there is usually a way to do this be pressing a combination of buttons,like I said I haven't tried (button way) myself.Research it man,does anyone else know the button combination?. QxH. 02 Feb 2010i have a prob n need help.i was installing windows live on my omnia 2 plus i was transfering songs to my memory card n i accidentally turn off the phone n now i turn it back on n it boots up after the windows mobile 6.1 logo the screen goes black n when u touch it all ur hearing is a ticking sound and at the top of the screen u can see the phone in is in offline mode.anyone who has experienced this problem n no wats wrong can u plz assist me in wat to do thanks in advance.
